Refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

📚 Multi-day Courses/Trainings

Refund for cancellations with ALL required documentation within 48 hours in advance.

Thrive Resource multi-day courses/trainings are primarily synchronous learning.

All required documentation must be submitted at least 48 hours before the first day of the course to be eligible.

Required Documentation:

Formal written request (by email or official refund form)
Proof of payment (receipt or registration confirmation)
Evidence of non-participation (such as confirmation that course materials have not been accessed, if applicable)
